We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Director to lead our Cartier boutique team in North America. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Client Development: Develop and execute a client development vision to drive sales growth and increase client loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
- Prestige Business Development: Strategize and develop partnerships to increase prestige sales within the boutique.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with regional and corporate partners to ensure boutique success, including monitoring and analyzing controllable operating expenses.
- 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of CAD $155,000 to CAD $165,000 plus incentives. If you are a motivated and experienced leader looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application.
