Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales growth and provide optimal customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Manager: Assist the Store Manager in leading and driving the team to achieve store business objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert product knowledge and application techniques, and provide in-depth understanding of service excellence and brand expectations.
  • Customer Service: Lead and drive the team to achieve store retail targets by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Operations: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operations at the point of sale, including POS and individual sales goal setting.
  • Recruitment: Follow brand recruitment procedures to recruit and loyalize customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Acknowledge and record customer complaints and issues, and ensure complete follow-through and reporting to management.
Requirements
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma
  • 1-3+ years of specialty retail store management experience
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales by coaching and developing a team
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for skincare and serving customers
  • Comfortable conducting skin care services on customers' faces after being trained
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
