Lead and Inspire a Luxury Retail Team at Cartier

As a Boutique Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our prestigious boutique. You will be responsible for cultivating a thriving environment that delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Client Relationships: Develop and execute a strategic vision to attract and retain high-value clients. Build lasting relationships through personalized interactions, memorable events, and targeted outreach to the prestige market.
  • Sales & Team Performance: Motivate and guide your team to consistently exceed sales goals and KPIs. Provide coaching, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence in client service and product knowledge.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration: Work closely with regional and corporate partners to ensure seamless operations and alignment with brand initiatives. Communicate key insights and business opportunities effectively across departments.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management, audit preparation, and expense control. Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Brand Ambassador & Team Leader: Uphold the highest standards of Cartier's brand image through your professional demeanor and interactions. Create a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development within the team.
Your Profile:

We seek a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of success in driving sales and building strong client relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A deep understanding of client service principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
