Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Once More Luxury Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our high standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Oversee and mentor staff members, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate duties to sales associates to optimize store performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Facilitate the hiring process and coordinate training sessions for new employees.
  • Merchandise Returns: Authorize and manage the return of products as necessary.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the retail team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in retail supervision.
