About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BC0001 Premium Autogroup Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, scheduling appointments, and responding to employee inquiries.
    • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Client Support
    • Offer exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Program Support
    • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, Veterans, and Indigenous people, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in English language
