Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage and streamline our administrative functions at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Management: Review and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to office support personnel and oversee their work.
- Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Operational Activities: Carry out essential administrative tasks within the organization.
- Policy Administration: Manage policies related to the release of records in compliance with privacy legislation.
- Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including supplies, maintenance, and security.
- Budget Assistance: Aid in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory controls.
- Reporting: Compile data and generate periodic reports and correspondence.
- Data Management: Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Staff Training: Provide training to new staff members.
- Procedure Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes.
- Financial Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 individuals.
Technical ProficiencyProficient in the following software:
- MS Excel
- MS Office Suite
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
- MS Word
