Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, direct calls, and maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives, including generating and distributing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of company events and projects, including coordinating logistics and ensuring timely completion.
- Financial Management: Track and manage expenses, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: Fluency in English required, additional languages an asset.
