- Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate essential office services, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining strict inventory and budgetary controls.
- Data Management: Compile data and prepare various reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
- Staff Training: Provide training and development opportunities for staff members.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflict situations that may arise within the office.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Employment Type: This is a permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
