Job Title: Associate Director of Housing

Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Housing is a critical leadership role that supports the mission of Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) through the daily oversight of Housing operations. This position plays a vital part in helping ETS achieve its goals by overseeing all client services, housing operations, and personnel in the Housing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Housing to plan and implement program initiatives that align with the REACH mission and ETS strategic plan.
  • Supervise Housing program managers and supervisors, providing regular direction, coaching, and evaluation support to ensure high-quality equitable housing operations and care management services.
  • Oversee project management functions for domain initiatives, including data analysis and process improvement activities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the Housing domain.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ETS standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in community outreach, public health, social work, or related areas, with a minimum of 5 years in progressively increasing leadership roles providing direct supervision.
  • Significant direct experience serving people with behavioral health conditions living unhoused is desired.
