About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Back of House Supervisor to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our stockroom and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stockroom Management: Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Inventory Control: Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by accurately receiving, handling, and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely and organized manner.
  • E-commerce Operations: Manage end-to-end daily e-commerce sales, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders directly to customers.
  • Communication: Communicate daily with customer service and stores via internal channels.
  • Loss Prevention: Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues to ensure optimal sales.
  • Team Development: Encourage and foster personal progression throughout the staff team.
  • Associate Management: Manage associates within company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide assistance with the induction and training of new starters.
  • Inventory System Management: Daily use of our inventory system.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management or stockroom experience required.
  • Experience with Shopify and Slack platform is an asset.
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to develop.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and task-oriented.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Proactive and organized.
  • IT skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is an asset.
