Vista Stair&Handrail Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its strategic objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and performance of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve company goals.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business performance.
- Plan and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and operational logistics are managed effectively.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
