About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director of Housing Operations at Evergreen Treatment Services. This is an exempt full-time salaried role that plays a critical part in helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the daily operations of Housing services, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic plan.
  2. Supervise Housing program managers and supervisors, providing direction, coaching, and evaluation support.
  3. Work closely with the Director of Housing to plan and implement program initiatives.
  4. Take responsibility for carrying out strategic planning activities with Housing program managers and supervisors.
  5. Monitor all budgetary components of domain activities.
  6. Partner proactively with internal and external stakeholders for the Housing domain's success.
  7. Oversee and carry out extensive data analysis activities.
  8. Serve in an active leadership capacity throughout the organization.
  9. Collaborate closely with HR to support leadership to resolve all personnel issues.
  10. Initiate and facilitate staff training and development as needed.
  11. Assist with development of policies and procedures.
  12. Provide expert consultation and direct support to staff during crisis situations.
  13. Collaborate directly with ETS' Safety Officer.
Requirements
  1. Master's level degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred (bachelor's degree required).
  2. Minimum of 10 years working in positions related to community outreach, public health, social work, or related areas.
  3. Minimum of five years in progressively increasing leadership roles providing direct supervision.
  4. Significant direct experience serving people with behavioral health conditions living unhoused desired.
