Job Title: Associate Director, Biostatistics

Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Biostatistics to join our team. As a key member of our Biostatistics department, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial programs and projects, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality statistical and programming services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical trial programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the application of sound statistical methodologies and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement statistical and programming project plans, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead statistical and programming teams, interacting with clients and internal project leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of statistical and programming deliverables, including data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies, including cost estimates, project proposals, and bid defense meetings.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of statistical and programming governing documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. degree in statistical science, mathematical analysis, or related fields, or a Master's degree with at least 13 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in biostatistics, with a strong background in statistical analysis, data management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality statistical and programming services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business development strategies.
