About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation, analysis, and project management support for the implementation of organization redesign and change management projects.
  • Build, manage, and lead project plans and project coordination for Organizational design, Organizational development, and Change projects.
  • Manage the project calendar and communications, and proactively coordinate project activities.
  • Develop project communication plans and maintain and implement project-related communications.
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments.
  • Lead and report on project lessons learned.
Change Management Delivery & Capability Building
  • Assess the impact of change and create actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communication plans, training plans, risk plans, and sustainability plans.
  • Lead the training design and implementation plan within organizational change management projects.
  • Lead and design change champion networks for change initiatives.
  • Prepare, design, and facilitate learning, custom workshops materials, and tools to support Organizational Development (OD) managers within organizational design and/or change management workshops.
  • Prepare and facilitate change management sessions within project teams and annual learning offerings to increase the organization's change management knowledge, skills, and readiness.
  • Coordinate change management engagement methods to advance internal knowledge and abilities.
Organizational Development (OD) Analysis & Evaluation
  • Lead the data analysis and evaluation of OD projects supporting OD managers.
  • Conduct a comparative analysis of organization charts globally for business areas undergoing organization design.
  • Collect, prepare, and document job role redesign, and document business capabilities.
  • Facilitate and document work process redesign.
  • Design, conduct, document, and analyze focus groups, surveys, and interviews.
  • Prepare various reports, including organization analysis through facilitated interviews, workshops, diagnostic tools, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of OD human capital dashboards, change management dashboards, project dashboards, and OD tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of data, dashboards, and OD tools to meet governance standards.
  • Support OD managers in measuring the success of OD projects, preparing and implementing data collection plans and analysis, and key findings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational design, change management, learning program design and facilitation, project management, and people analytics, and 2 years developing and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • A relevant post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills and knowledge of and ability to use project-reporting systems and management tools.
  • Excellent data collection skills, including needs assessment, analysis of information, qualitative data collection and analysis, and ability to analyze and interpret data sets using statistics and report synthesis.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including building relationships with varied levels of management and Associates, and ability to influence action and obtain and provide information effectively and tactfully from and to business partners and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral, and advanced social media and computer skills.
  • Beneficial: Certifications in HR, Change Management, Organization Development, Organization Design, Learning & Development, Project Management.
