We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent and Learning Solutions Consultant to join our team at IKO Industries Ltd. As a key member of our Learning and Talent Development department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery, and deployment of organizational talent development and learning programs across various business units.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Delivery: Support the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end learning solutions and training content in alignment with company needs.
- Learning Material Development: Develop and distribute learning material, including training presentations, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and job aids.
- Program Rollout and Support: Support the rollout of learning programs and initiatives across several business units, making customizations and accommodations as needed.
- Training Facilitation: Facilitate soft-skills and leadership training sessions, in-person and virtually, alongside team members.
- Survey and Analysis: Support the launch of company engagement surveys and present functional results, developing action planning processes, conducting focus groups, leading steering committees, and facilitating action planning discussions with leaders.
- Logistics and Operations: Coordinate and execute program logistics, organize necessary materials, and manage facility support for learning and development initiatives.
- Workday Learning Support: Support the day-to-day operations of Workday Learning (LMS) and ensure training compliance (HSE, HR, job-specific) and enhance the training experience by revising the onboarding process and digitizing static training.
- Organizational Development: Support organizational development through the development or enhancement of various programs (onboarding, supervisor development, manager development, LMS, pulse surveys, wellness, etc.) and support company employee engagement and mental health and wellness-related initiatives.
- Project Management: Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet timelines.
- Business Acumen: Ability to work across various business units, managing differences, expectations, and relationships.
- Training Experience: Considerable experience in designing, developing, and delivering a variety of training courses, programs, and curricula to diverse audiences.
- Succession Planning: Experience in succession planning and talent management.
- Coaching and Consulting: Experience with coaching, consulting, and facilitation.
- Technology: Ability to support and lead change, confidence in working with new technology and learning new software.
- Education: Post-secondary education in human resources, business, organizational development, adult education, or equivalent.
- Software Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), E-Learning Authoring Tools (Articulate 360), and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
