About the Role

VLink Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organizational development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of our business plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring seamless integration and effective leadership.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
