Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1-2 people. Public transportation is available.
