About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at BUILD IT By Design. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, designers, and construction management firms
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to secure new business
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing materials and strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
