About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel to and from work as required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
