Job Summary

HIGHLINER STABLES LTD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stable Hand. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our horses.

Responsibilities
  • Animal Care: Monitor animal health, perform regular checks on the horses, and report any signs of illness or injury to the farm manager.
  • Farm Maintenance: Clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and maintain farm equipment and machinery.
  • Feeding and Nutrition: Prepare and distribute feed to the horses, and ensure they have access to clean water at all times.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors and other machinery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and work independently.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 32 hours per week, with a permanent contract. The work language is English.
