About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing our customers' MRO, Safety, and Material Handling needs, helping them improve productivity and achieve cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of key accounts in a geographic area.
  • Develop relationships at all levels within the key accounts.
  • Prospect for new account opportunities.
  • Utilize our solution-selling programs to further develop existing key accounts.
  • Produce weekly call reports and monthly expense reports.
  • Grow product knowledge and sales skill ability.
  • Achieve annual sales growth targets.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in the Business field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of industrial-related outside sales experience.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
