Administrative Support Specialist

As an Office Administration Coordinator at JIACHENG TRAVEL SERVICE INC., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Communication Handling: Receive and direct telephone or electronic inquiries efficiently.
- Application Processing: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other important documents.
- Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
- Message Coordination: Send and receive messages to facilitate communication.
- Financial Administration: Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits.
- Client Interaction: Provide general information to clients and the public, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Document Distribution: Photocopy and collate documents for mailing and filing purposes.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Research Tasks: Conduct research as needed to support various projects.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Filing System Maintenance: Organize and file materials in the storage area.
- Document Retrieval: Label, file, and retrieve documents as required.
- Work Scheduling: Organize and schedule office tasks effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Work Hours: Expected to work between 35 to 40 hours per week.
