We are a coffee company with multiple locations, including cafés and a central kitchen. Our focus is on producing high-quality food items for our retail outlets.
As a key member of our culinary team, you will take on a leadership role, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Oversee kitchen operations and mentor other culinary staff.
- Contribute to food production and manage inventory effectively.
- Uphold and enhance food quality standards for the team.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment.
- Work with team leaders to address any food quality concerns promptly.
- Respond to requests from team members for food deliveries and support.
- Evaluate food production processes for efficiency and quality, implementing improvements as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with daily kitchen tasks.
- Support management in achieving financial targets and customer satisfaction goals.
