Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Temporary Position)

Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, flexible hours
Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 annually
Work Mode: In-person Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays
We are in search of a bilingual administrative assistant for a temporary position with a reputable asset management firm situated in downtown Montreal. The organization promotes a professional, welcoming, and vibrant work atmosphere where you will engage with a team of experts on diverse tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work areas on a daily basis
- Coordinating weekly internal events (grocery orders, office supplies, catering...)
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages for various departments
- Updating and maintaining information across different systems
- Assisting in the preparation of client meetings (lunches, breakfasts...)
- Arranging travel logistics (transportation, restaurant bookings...)
- Overseeing petty cash and check deposits
- Ordering supplies for events (breakfasts, groceries, stationery...)
- Collaborating with the marketing team for event planning
- Assisting in scheduling client meetings
- Participating in the onboarding process for new employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a similar capacity
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong self-management, organizational abilities, and enthusiasm
- Positive attitude and motivated demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
