Bilingual Client Services Coordinator

Plan Group is seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join our service department for a full-time position with a daytime schedule. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent prioritization skills and adaptability.
* Bilingual resume in English and French is mandatory *
As a Bilingual Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the service team and national projects
- Drafting and formatting service agreements
- Managing customer and supplier files
- Addressing customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Delegating requests to the technical team
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback
- Preparing invoices
- Performing additional related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Strong prioritization skills
- Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and office management
- Technical diploma in office automation, administration, or a related field
- Background in structured cabling networks or similar areas
We offer:
- Full-time daytime hours
- Group insurance coverage after three months at the company's expense
- Optional group life insurance (employee's expense)
- Compensation based on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
