Service Coordinator, Bilingual

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator, Bilingual to join our team at Plan Group. As a Service Coordinator, Bilingual, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service team and national projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the service team and national projects
  • Prepare and draft service agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow up on files, ensuring timely completion and resolution
  • Respond to customer inquiries, utilizing computerized systems, email, and phone
  • Assign tasks to the technical team, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Provide customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform other related tasks, as required
Requirements:
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of priorities and time management
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French
  • Proficiency in Office suite
Assets:
  • Experience in customer service and office automation
  • DEP/technical diploma in office automation, administration, or related field
  • Experience in structured cabling network or related field
What We Offer:
