Director of People and Culture Business Partners

The Director of People and Culture Business Partners will lead a team of 15-20 professionals in providing strategic and hands-on support to leadership and associate populations within HelloFresh's Distribution Centers, Production, Logistics Hubs, and Corporate locations.
Key Responsibilities- Set the vision, direction, and culture of the People team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals.
- Foster and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement People strategies and programs to support operational and strategic business needs on a national level.
- Build strategic relationships with business partners by building trust and influencing business decisions.
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high volume workload.
- Drive and direct all employee engagement efforts for senior leaders, front-line managers, and associates.
- Continuously innovate People solutions and process improvements.
- Lead projects at a national level and drive execution and achievement of key results.
- Ensure legislative compliance across Canada.
- A combination of 7+ years in human resources management with at least 5+ years of experience leading teams.
- 3+ years' experience in one or more of the following industries: shipping/logistics distribution centers, warehousing, manufacturing environments, retail, and customer-facing/customer-service environments.
- Experience supporting hourly, front-line employee populations of 500+.
- Experience in workforce planning/flex staffing, project management, and continuous or process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of health and safety, employment, and human rights legislation in AB, BC, and ON.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent coaching and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound judgement and fair, ethical conduct.
- Ability to work within a quickly changing, high-pressure environment.
