Job Summary:
The People and Culture Business Partner will play a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with the HR team and business leaders to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and investigate complex issues.
- Enhance work relationships by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Coach managers on handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts and performance appraisals.
- Business Partnering:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Talent Management:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist in workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
- HR Strategy and Corporate Culture:
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
- Champion a positive corporate culture by promoting employee engagement and recognition.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in HR policies and employment law.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and conflict management abilities.
