Sales Consultant- Part-Time (3 Month Contract)

As an employee of Cogir Regency Retirement Resorts, you will be a member of a highly energetic team, touring prospective clients, attracting prospective clients to the Resort and renting the suites of the Resort. This position is a part-time opportunity working 3-4 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Sets and maintains an example of conduct, personal grooming and appearance that will set a standard for all staff to emulate.
  2. Tour prospective residents, follow-up on initial telephone or written inquiries.
  3. Provide information regarding the facility, determine prospective resident needs and gather information to establish a profile for the database.
  4. Make follow-up contact with prospective residents, providing information in a timely manner to facilitate the ultimate goal of new resident.
  5. Maintains and updates CRM/CIA daily with current information.
  6. Work to meet and exceed vacancy targets monthly.
  7. Be a team player and help out when needed in other departments.
  8. Communicate marketing needs to other departments to ensure a team approach to customer service and the "WOW" factor.
  9. Participate in Management Meetings at the Resort.
  10. Develop marketing strategies and ideas and implement marketing events that will attract prospective new residents and encourage the existing database to return.
  11. Maintain and review occupancy goals in conjunction with the General Manager and Director of Leasing and Marketing.
  12. Actively participate in new resident orientation and anticipate and manage current concerns.
Qualifications:
  1. Effective communication skills.
  2. Proficient in MS Office.
  3. Good organizational skills and able to work with limited supervision.
  4. A combination of education and experience in sales and marketing.

Payrate: $28.00-$30.00/Hour
