Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to effectively communicate with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid VSA license or ability to obtain one.
