Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales growth through pipeline management, lead qualification, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize internal databases to identify and prioritize leads for sales qualifying calls.
  • Conduct approximately 100 sales qualifying calls per day to assess client eligibility for various programs.
  • Collect and document client information to ensure a smooth transition to the sales process.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Liaise between clients and external insurance partners to ensure fair representation.
Requirements
  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential.
