Work Schedule:

The selected candidate will be expected to work 8-hour shifts, including days and evenings, from Monday to Friday. Please note that schedules may be adjusted based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver comprehensive primary care services to unattached patients aged 6 months and older within our service area. This role emphasizes leadership and innovative care pathways for high-risk pediatric and adult patients, aiming to reduce emergency department visits. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting medical assessments, treatments, and evaluations.
  • Providing education and promoting health initiatives.
  • Implementing disease prevention strategies and supporting rehabilitation for complex medical cases.
  • Collaborating with an interprofessional team to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field or in progress.
  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the appropriate regulatory body.
  • Proven expertise in primary care and management.
  • Membership in relevant professional associations is preferred.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications.
