Position Overview

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail establishment, ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Identify and select merchandise and services for sale.
  • Establish pricing and credit policies.
  • Source and procure merchandise for resale.

  • Prepare budgets and track financial performance.
  • Assess staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Experience
