BinSentry, Inc. - Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our team at BinSentry, Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our sales and marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on pipeline reporting, sales analysis, and CRM database management through HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage and maintain our CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
