Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Integrity: Demonstrate high integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales and operational targets.

- Interpersonal Awareness: Develop and maintain awareness of staff and customer needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
