About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at E-PRO CANADA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our product development team to identify market trends and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, and provide insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
