- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients to generate interest and leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- ~ 2+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- ~5+ years of experience in a sales leadership position.
- ~7+ years of experience working in a sales role using CRM software.
- ~ Experience running a team of 7-8 people, including coaching and mentoring from entry level to senior.
- ~ Solid experience managing a remote team (experience not necessarily required but preferred).
- ~ In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and motivation techniques.
- ~ Strategic and creative thinker.
