About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at ARV Cross Training Fitness Centre Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work Environment: Work a permanent schedule with 35 hours per week, providing a stable and predictable work environment.
  • Language: Communicate effectively in English, the primary language used in the workplace.
