About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic HVAC Specialist to join our team. As the face of ECCO Supply, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales inquiries and orders, and educating customers on product features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to customers in person and via sales interactions.
  2. Order Processing: Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently, while maintaining an up-to-date sales database.
  3. Product Education: Educate customers on product features and benefits to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to follow-up on sales leads and provide support when necessary.
  5. Sales Counter Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and sales area.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education: An asset
  • Previous Order Desk and/or Sales Experience: An asset
  • Previous Experience in HVAC, Manufacturing, or Related Industry: An asset
  • Strong Computer Skills: Ability to multi-task data-entry and order processing efficiently
  • Excellent Communication Skills: High energy, enthusiastic with proven people skills and ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Willingness to Learn: Must be willing to attend educational courses to supplement their existing professional experience for a period of time deemed suitable by management
