Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, respond to their inquiries, and support our sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Answer customer inquiries and identify their needs
  • Research products for the sales team
  • Enter sales orders and purchase orders for the sales team
  • Find efficiencies in our processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on backorders with vendors and provide customers with accurate delivery dates
  • Process returns and warranty claims to customers
  • Support Counter Sales and Outside Sales activities
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or counter sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
