We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Sales Manager to join our team at Welldone Mechanical Services in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in the commercial and light industrial HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer design proposals and specifications for cost estimates
  • Manage the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
  • Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
  • Manage a team to ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
  • Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
  • Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
  • Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous estimating experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards
