About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Market Research and Analysis

You will conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industrial and commercial business sectors. This will involve collecting and analyzing data, conducting surveys, and evaluating customer service and store environments.

Develop and Prepare Reports and Research Papers

You will develop and prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on topics related to industrial and commercial business development. This will involve conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Design and Implement Market Research Questionnaires

You will design and implement market research questionnaires to gather data and insights on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective research tools.

Evaluate Customer Service and Store Environments

You will evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience. This will involve conducting surveys, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
