Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application/Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Data Centre Infrastructure Management team, you will be responsible for supporting global Data Centre Infrastructure Management Technologies (DCIM) portfolio of applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operations, support, and compliance of DCIM technologies applications and infrastructure.
  • Incident Management - Troubleshooting standard incidents and verifying system/product operations.
  • Change Management – Executing changes within the environments following standard protocols and procedures.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships in supporting DCIM technology team with various technologies within the DCIM portfolio.
  • Liaising with Data Centres & Operational Resiliency (DCOR) team globally to ensure future initiatives are properly integrated within DCIM Technologies.
  • Assisting in translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring technical availability.
  • Interacting with other organizations to investigate/develop solutions for anticipated technical needs in support of business objectives.
  • Documenting and maintaining processes and standards for DCIM technologies.
Requirements
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems; Internet Information Services (IIS) and Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience with the administration and configuration of DCIM applications.
  • Experience with the administration and configuration of real-time data historian applications.
  • Experience with IT disciplines such networking and server/application administration.
  • Strong analytical skill set and strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, SDLC, & audit requirements.
