Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application/Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Data Centre Infrastructure Management Technologies (DCIM) team, you will be responsible for supporting global DCIM technologies applications and infrastructure, including Facility Management System (FMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operations, support, and compliance of DCIM technologies applications and infrastructure, including FMS and other related technologies.
  • Incident Management - Follow standard protocols for troubleshooting standard incidents and verify system/product operations.
  • Change Management – Follow standard protocols and procedures for executing changes within the environments.
  • Oversee vendor relationships in supporting DCIM technology team with various technologies within the DCIM portfolio.
  • Liaise with Data Centres & Operational Resiliency (DCOR) team globally to ensure future initiatives are properly integrated within DCIM Technologies.
  • Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements and perform all required tasks to ensure technical availability.
  • Interact with other organizations to investigate/develop solutions for anticipated technical needs in support of business objectives.
  • Document and maintain processes and standards for DCIM technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, Internet Information Services (IIS), and Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience with the administration and configuration of DCIM applications.
  • Experience with the administration and configuration of real-time data historian applications.
  • Experience with IT disciplines such as networking and server/application administration.
  • Strong analytical skill set and strong communication skills to communicate effectively in both technical and business terms.
  • Working knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, SDLC, and audit requirements.
