Job Description

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the Senior Director of Finance. Your expertise in data analysis, revenue modeling, and process optimization will be instrumental in achieving revenue goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Analyze Customer Support data and processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into sales performance, customer support metrics, partner contributions, and overall revenue trends.
  • Own the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics across the revenue teams, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor and report on key processes and KPIs, leveraging this data to produce decks and reporting used for key internal meetings, OKRs, QBRs, Operations, Board, and Team meetings.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements in a high-growth company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
