Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic counseling and guidance to clients utilizing various treatment methods
  • Lead and facilitate diverse group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in line with established standards
  • Work collaboratively with clients and relevant parties to create tailored treatment strategies
  • Perform assessments and offer support centered on recovery principles

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid registration as a Regulated Health Professional
  • Experience in working with populations affected by trauma and addiction
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices
