We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our Powersports Group team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with management and employees across the organization.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools that drive business results.
  • Support the development and implementation of business transformation strategies and activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, and apply this knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to think strategically.
