Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team at Raider Hansen. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Management: Prepare and submit reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Work Coordination and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Technical Advice and Support: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and maintain accurate records.
