About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Suspended Stages Inc. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
