Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and manage the goals of our value stream, from start to finish. This includes customer interactions, contract administration, production planning, and coordinating production resources.
Main Responsibilities- Production Planning and Control: Oversee production planning and control processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- Customer Service and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and communication, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Contract Administration: Manage customer contracts, including receipt, review, and implementation of contract terms and conditions.
- Product and Service Design and Development: Review and approve product and service design and development to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
- Change and Configuration Control: Implement and manage change and configuration control processes to ensure effective management of product and service changes.
- Production Resource Coordination: Coordinate production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- OTD and Quality Deliveries: Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and quality deliveries to customers, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Relationship Building and Management Skills: Demonstrate strong relationship building and management skills to foster effective collaboration and communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively manage production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Be proactive and detail-oriented to ensure effective management of production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.
- ERP Experience: Possess experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- MS Office Skills: Possess good MS Office skills to effectively manage production, customer interactions, and contract administration.
- Post-Secondary Education: Possess a post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- PMP Designation: Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, an asset.
- Lean and CI Training and Experience: Possess lean and continuous improvement (CI) training and experience, an asset.
- Program Management/Value Stream Leader Experience: Possess experience as a program manager or value stream leader, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Contract Administration Experience: Possess experience in contract administration, preferably in the aerospace industry.
